Madame Berber was a French socialite. She met LeDuc in the 1940s in a Paris hotel. She was there for sixth months. Hans Grau thought she had something to do with LeDuc. She fraternised with LeDuc on the streets of Paris. She killed a creature which mutated from the Schutzstaffel. She joined Torchwood per LeDuc's request. (AUDIO: The Dying Room)
