The Big Huge and Educational Collection of Old Galactic Stuff was a museum run by the Collectors. The Fourth Doctor and Romana I visited it to retrieve a disabled K9 Mark II, who had been placed in the hall of the museum known as Big Pretend-Move Animals But Don't 'Cos They're Dead And Have Sand Stuck Up Them. There was a hall devoted to Earth history called What Human-Type Monkey Hominids Got Up To On Planet Dirt. It was extremely inaccurate, however, as it had displays of Good King Hitler, the submersible nuclear battleship Bismarck, mustard gas masks made out of mustard and Sopwith Camels which were actual camels.
