The Black Archive underneath the Peter and Paul Fortress was the Black Archive facility for St Petersburg. It had a more supernatural focus than other Black Archives, directed towards this goal by a group of Archivists to counterbalance the Soviet Union's general dismissal of the paranormal. After becoming an associate of UNIT, Morgaine became permanently stationed here as UNIT's Psychical Advisor.
