The Black Archive underneath the Shanghai World Financial Centre was the largest Black Archive facility in the Pacific basin, connected to UNIT HQ, Shanghai. This was the most advanced Black Archive in terms of medicine, due to Southeast Asia having remnants of Silurian technology from a Silurian clan who abstained from the great hibernation. Many of the staff at this facility were Zygons, due to it having a large collection of Zygon technology from a historic Zygon colony in the region.
