Blackpool Borough was a rugby team which represented Blackpool at rugby matches.
The Third Doctor found a newspaper which stated in the rugby results that in the rugby match Hull Kingston Rovers versus Blackpool Borough, Hull had scored 3 and Blackpool had scored 5. Hull were to be relegated, having needed to score against Blackpool to stay in the division. (PROSE: Harvest of Time)
