Blazzard was Josiah Morton's butler. He was abled to drive his master's carriage when Jamie McCrimmon and Jemma Morton asked to visit an explorer. He tricked Copeland into touching some poisonous liquid. He was the one who was killing those presenting the case against his master. He died saving his master from being shot.
