The Blecplamites were native to Blecplam Two and a Half. Awakening to find that the TARDIS had parked there, the Tenth Doctor attempted to exit the TARDIS with the hopes of asking the Blecplamites for help, whereupon he found a group of Daleks waiting right outside for him, forcing him to retreat and dematerialise away.
