Bob Slater (The Curse of the Daleks)

Bob Slater was the communications officer on the Starfinder in the 22nd century. He was secretly planning to revive the Daleks who were dormant on Skaro after their war with the Thals. He had devices which he believed would let him control them, and he would rule the universe as their master.
However, once he had re-powered the control centre on Skaro, the Daleks disabled the devices. Having served his purpose, he was killed by the Daleks. (AUDIO: The Curse of the Daleks)
