Bovari was Castellan of the Chancellery Guard during the first months of the Last Great Time War. After Rassilon dissolved the Chancellery Guard and established the Interior Defence Unit using the Drylands Precedent, the office of Castellan was made redundant and Bovari was reassigned to the Hall of Records as an administrator.
