The brain child of Uranus was a lifeform of whom the Daleks once had a life-sized statue in one of their Dalek flying saucers alongside other depictions of lifeforms whose planets they were planning to invade. It was an orange-skinned humanoid resembling a human child with an overinflated, bald cranium. (PROSE: Inside a Skaro Saucer)
