Bruce White was a human thief operating in London, 2069.

In 2069, White robbed a Maceys. A Scotland Yard communications room was tipped-off about this by an anonymous caller - actually a member of Betty Carlisle's gang, who was calling in to remove the opposition so that the group could take over Europe.
As a result of these calls, he was arrested by 2 police officers in Battersea. (COMIC: The Big Tip-Off!)
