Campden Town was located in New London on Mars.
In May 2065, an amateur radio astronomer in Campden Town picked up a mysterious message stating "All you have left is fear. The Daleks are coming!". Although the message filled the planet with speculation and alarm, the Space News Agency assured the public that the Solar System was unlikely to be affected as it was situated millions of light years away from Skaro.
