A captain was posing as Ian Gilmore to a brainwashed Rachel Jensen and Allison Williams. He helped Rachel in her investigations. (AUDIO: New Horizons) He suspected that Rachel and Allison were losing their conditioning. He was killed by West. (AUDIO: The Keep)
