Cara Tarron was a human scientist. She worked on military technology development in Deepcity. Her brother Mattew was killed in the war between the Landoran Alliance and the Averon Union, and she thought his friend Brin Vender had been killed too. The Fourth Doctor discovered that Brin was still alive and brought him to Deepcity. (PROSE: A Device of Death)
