Cardell

Cardell was the leader of the Genetech Research facility. She had her memories erased whilst they located a cure for Richter's Syndrome. After the cure had been created, she received her memories, which drove her to murderous, vengeful thoughts.
She was killed when she punctured a hole in the facility to destroy an augmented sample of Richter's Syndrome which would kill many people. (AUDIO: Cobwebs)
