A guard was ordered by Castellan Kelner to arrest or kill Commander Andred and his rebel guards that were surrounding the Doctor's TARDIS.
He and his group of guards killed everyone outside while Andred was threatening the Fourth Doctor in the TARDIS, causing the failure of Andred's revolution attempt. The Doctor later lied to the guard that Andred had escaped. (TV: The Invasion of Time)
