Are Great Old Ones really fictional?[[edit source]]

This category is currently a subcat of Category:Fictional characters. I can't quite wrap my mind around that. Great Old Ones are established to actually exist in the Whoniverse. Fenric is real. The mother of the Nestene Consciousness is real. They might have myths and legends written about them, but the Doctor takes them seriously. This subcat has a huge number of other cats. Would it really hurt anything to get rid of the deceptive "Fictional characters" cat? CzechOut | 02:38, 22 April 2009 (UTC)

true, they don't belong under fictional characters, for the reasons you mentioned. they do belong under Crossover characters, though.--Stardizzy2 04:38, 22 April 2009 (UTC)
I agree, I'll remove the category from this as I don't think it's ever established that the Great Old Ones are fictional (unlike the other characters in the fictional characters category. --Tangerineduel 07:33, 22 April 2009 (UTC)
