Should Jenny & Rory really be in this category? I'm assuming they're here cause of the scenes in The Crimson Horror and Dinosaurs on a Spaceship respectively but both the category name and description seem to imply that it's something the non-Doctor participant initiated or at least consented in, something which doesn't really apply in those two cases.
