Bizarre behavior

Not quite sure what's going on here, but this is the only category in the whole wiki that's refusing to be placed within another category. I've tried both methods of adding to a category, but they don't take. Really not sure what the issue is here. CzechOut ☎ | ✍ 08:52, January 4, 2011 (UTC)

From what I could tell it was this bit of text:<!--Please do not put any species categories within this category, such as [[:Category:Daleks]]. Doing could create "loops" in the structure of the category tree, which can be a burden to wiki maintenance.--!> and the presence of the second exclamation mark at the end. --Tangerineduel / talk 13:38, January 4, 2011 (UTC)
