- Because a credit caption slide from episode one was inadvertently reused on episode two, Timothy Craven was uncredited on-screen, though he was credited in Radio Times. This error was not corrected in any home video release, not even in the 2009 DVD. Oddly, however, the info text on the DVD makes reference to the error.
