Cellular Disruptor was a gun-like device created by the Deathsmiths of Goth. It was capable of reducing a living being to a pool of ooze within seconds. Cyberleader Maxel tried to destroy the Apocalypse Device with the weapon but failed. (COMIC: Black Legacy)
