Cham'Yal was one of the assassins Skorpios sent after the Fourth Doctor and Romana II. The Doctor managed to stop this as he had saved his life and his family due to a blood debt. He accompanied the Doctor to courtroom to assure his safety. (AUDIO: 'The Doomsday Contract)
