Charles was Albrecht D. Whipple's spouse. Sometime in June, Albrecht said he wasn't available to deal with the Noodle Man because Charles was taking him out for their anniversary; Albrecht said he didn't like going out in public but that "it was just so sweet of him, how could [he] not?" Talbot Molossus had no knowledge of Charles despite being an old college friend of Albrecht.
