Charles Feige

Professor Charles Feige was a 39th century scientist who sought to save the Earth Empire from the Dream, working on a cure on Zoda-Kappa.
Feige became infected by the Holomorph and was used to find a way to save them from the planet and into the Dream. He put Melanie Bush into a coma and ordered the Sixth Doctor to be shot, but Sakho Cato and Lydia Betancourt relieved him of command and ultimately cured him using a transmitter.
