Charlie Flecknoe

Charlie Flecknoe was an Earth scientist who designed and built a quantum link from the Nevada Desert in Texas to the Moon in the 1980s. He died of cancer a few months after completing his work, leaving many notes which very few people could understand. (PROSE: Apollo 23)
