Cheshire Rug
From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference
The Cheshire Rug was a "regal Russian" rug inside the Cheshire House. It had embroidered, zig-zagging patterns which seeming fought each other to be on top.
It was placed on a windowsill in the house, as if it was trying to escape into the country outside. (PROSE: I'm Dreaming of a Cheshire Easter [+]Loading...["I'm Dreaming of a Cheshire Easter (short story)"])
History[[edit] | [edit source]]
The Cheshire Cat sat atop this rug when waiting for his Guest ― You. At this point he thought himself lucky he wasn't named the Merseyside Cat. (PROSE: I'm Dreaming of a Cheshire Easter [+]Loading...["I'm Dreaming of a Cheshire Easter (short story)"])
