Chicki was an inhabitant of a human colony secretly ruled by Macra.
She happened upon the Second Doctor when he was trying to break Medok out of his cell and asked if he needed help, but left when the Doctor said he had just dropped something. (TV: The Macra Terror)

- Chicki was not named in the story's dialogue; her name was given only on the closing credits.
- Chicki was played by Sandra Bryant in episode one, who asked to be released from her contract so she could accept another, more attractive offer of work. This was agreed, and so the part was recast with Luan Peters (under the name Karol Keyes) for episode four ‒ the only other episode in which Chicki appeared. (DWM 308)
