Chitto was a Seminole tribesman in the Indian Territory.
In 1880, the medicine woman Totika tricked him into having his body swapped with a Stikini, freeing him from the Red Skies in the Dreamspace. With Bill Potts' help, he was able to will a path back home, forcing Malatche back into the Red Skies, where he burnt. (COMIC: The Parliament of Fear)
