Chris Thompson was a graphic designer and visual effects artist who did work for Big Finish Productions and The Collection.

Over the course of his work, he created several new designs of classic Who monsters, including the stained glass Dalek, Cyber-Scout, and updated versions of the Mara and the Rutans.

He often produces artwork based on series created or co-created by Gerry Anderson, and was also the writer and colourist for the comic Space Precinct Reloaded, based on Anderson's previous series, Space Precinct and the writer of the New Captain Scarlet graphic novel Operation Sabre.
