Christian was a Cleric. He was a member of Father Octavian's mission to track down the last Weeping Angel which was onboard the Byzantium Starliner when it crashed in the 51st century. During the expedition in the Maze of the Dead, he carried the gravity globe which was later shot by the Eleventh Doctor. He was also the first to encounter and be killed by a Weeping Angel. The Angel used his voice to lure his fellow Cleric Angelo. (TV: The Time of Angels)
