The Christofi Warp Drive was a warp drive built into the Elysium.
A group of humans led by the army used a vortex manipulator to travel back to the Elysium in the 21st century. They powered the Christofi Warp Drive with the artron energy imbued in themselves after using the manipulator and merged a group of advancing Weeping Angels into the walls. - The Christofi Warp Drive shares a name with Daryl Christofi, a webmaster of a fictitious blog entitled Daryl the Diver created to promote The Crash of the Elysium. However, no in-universe reason was given for the shared name.
- A voice announcing the activation of the Christofi Warp Drive was heard in a behind the scenes video released by the BBC for The Crash of the Elysium.[1]
