Chtorba was a Silurian from an alternate Earth. He was a teacher and the friend of the Silurian Leader Morka.
During a hunt in 1993, he was captured by UNIT. Liz Shaw and the Seventh Doctor convinced the Brigadier not to kill him, and Chtorba to help the humans. (PROSE: Blood Heat)
