Cinderella was a fairy tale about the character by the same name.
When the First Doctor, Vicki and Steven Taylor landed on an unnamed planet, they came across a Lapino who threatened to kill one of them to generate enough emotion to power a rescue message. The Doctor convinced the Lapino that there were other options, so they put on a dramatic presentation of Cinderella to create more positive emotions on which to feed. Derek Jacobi appeared in Disney's 2015 film adaptation. It starred Lily James as the titular heroine; James was dating Matt Smith at the time of the film's release.
Released in the same year as the film, the Time Lord Fairy Tales short story Cinderella and the Magic Box, depicted a real-life Cinderella meeting, incidentally, the Eleventh Doctor.
