A clerk worked at the New York Supplementary Education Institute in 1982, which was a front for a Virtor plot to kidnapping humans to be used as slaves on their homeworld.
He gave Jamie McCrimmon paperwork for a martial arts class and took him to the back room. Later, when the Second Doctor and Edward Grainger stormed the place to stop the Virtors, the clerk pulled a gun on them, but he was knocked out by Edward. (PROSE: The Lost)
