Cob-Commander was a type of rank within the Racnoss Empire.
Messothel was a member of that rank during during the Racnoss Wars, where he invaded the Fledgeling outpost on Trakkiney. Upon capturing the Time Lord prisoners on the outpost, he planned to force feed them Huon shakes in order to feed their young. (PROSE: The Labyrinthine Web)
