Cochrane was an agent working for Sir Andrew Williams. He was tasked to escort Tasha Williams to work, but she refused his offer. He later appeared at The Nocturne with Sir Andrew, to make sure Tasha was safe. Soon after, he was shot by a bullet and killed. (PROSE: What Lurks in the Shadows)
