Code Blue was the name of a UNIT alert signalling the presence of the Doctor's TARDIS. Colonel Emily Chaudhry informed Lieutenant Will Hoffman of a Code Blue on his first day with UNIT, during which he met the Sixth Doctor. (PROSE: The Terror of the Darkness)
