Colem Litchen

Dr Colem Litchen was an employee of the research institute Landaluze Corporation. At the suggestion of one of his colleagues, Dr Inigo Tate, he gave a fund-raising speech at a university proposing a deal. The university would pay for Litchen's research into planetoid SK-12, an important site during the Dalek wars, and the institute would share credit for the resulting paper.
