The Conglom-Net computer gave Romana II information about the Time Engine which powered the Quantum Gateway. It also identified Romana as a Time Lord. (AUDIO: The Pursuit of History)
It created an avatar of Romana which helped the Laan. It later created one for the Fourth Doctor but accidentally wiped its mind in the first place. (AUDIO: Casualties of Time)
