Councillor-class was a type of Dalek assault craft.

Characteristics

Saucer-like, (PROSE: Doctor Who and the Planet of the Daleks) smaller and far more utilitarian in design than the bronze Dalek command saucers, Councillor-class assault craft were round, gunmetal grey with two distinct levels and no adornment with multiple access ports. History

In the 26th century, a Councillor-class spaceship transported a Dalek Supreme of the Supreme Council to Spiridon. The spaceship was stolen by a group of Thals who used it to escape Spiridon, stranding the Supreme Dalek who was forced to send for a rescue craft. (TV: Planet of the Daleks) This ship was designated as a Command Ship, alternatively a command spacecraft.
