A Cyber-Leader was the leader of a force of eight Cybus Cybermen that was left stranded on Earth in the aftermath of the Battle of Canary Wharf. Originally a standard Cyberman, the Cyber-Leader was converted from a human native to the Earth of N-Space; therefore it was not contaminated with "Void stuff", and as such, it was not forced into the Void at the end of the Battle of Canary Wharf by the Tenth Doctor and Rose Tyler.
The Cyber-Leader led its force of Cybermen in an attempt to open the Void and free the millions of Cybermen that had been trapped inside, but they were thwarted by the Tenth Doctor and Martha Jones. The Cyber-Leader was electrocuted by its own force field. (PROSE: Made of Steel)
