Cybertech was a British electronica group. The group's members were Adrian Pack and Michael Fillis. In 1993, they created a new arrangement of the Doctor Who theme for the mini-episode Dimensions in Time. The following year, they released a self-titled album of music inspired by Doctor Who.

Pharos was the name of Cybertech's second album released in 1995. It featured the voices of Jon Pertwee, Sylvester McCoy, Caroline John, Sophie Aldred and Mark Gatiss. This album's music was influenced from Doctor Who and Virgin Books' New Adventures novels. It had music for the Doctor Who novels Cat's Cradle: Time's Crucible, Nightshade, Iceberg, Legacy and First Frontier. Excerpts from the books were also included in the CD booklet. One of the tracks on the album was called Master Mind which had an eponymous story included in the CD booklet. This story featured the Master and was written by Mike Fillis and David Miller.

Both albums were released under Jump Cut Records.
