Cyclone Tracy was a cyclone that devastated Darwin on 24 and 25 December 1974. Her strength was amplified after Faction Paradox made a deal with her to trap Tonton Macoute in a time loop in her eye. After a considerable amount of time, Macoute escaped Tracy by eating and taking on the abilities of an Enemy and two timeships. (PROSE: Tonton Macoute)
