Dakon Theka was one of the Lords of Althrace. They were considered members of the Higher Evolutionaries by the Matrix Lords of Gallifrey. After being warned by Rassilon about Melanicus' escape from his imprisonment, the Lords of Althrace sent two of their members, Dakon Theka and the Thane of Kordar, as representatives to an emergency meeting on how to defeat the demon.
