The term "Dalek-Human" was used to describe individuals who were infected with the Dalek Factor. Although not strictly Dalek, they acted as Daleks would and were also bound to follow their orders. The Daleks planned to use the Second Doctor and his TARDIS to spread the Dalek Factor across the universe, but instead he developed the Human Factor and spread it throughout the Daleks. Theodore Maxtible was the only human converted by the factor, and gained superhuman abilities. Maxtible was most likely killed when a war broke out between loyalist Daleks and the infectees of the Human Factor, that ended with Skaro's main city being destroyed. (TV: The Evil of the Daleks)
