A Dalek once threatened the First Doctor, Susan Foreman, Ian Chesterton, and Barbara Wright, with its suction arm in an episode of Dr Who that was directed by Ken Russell. As per Russell's instructions, only its dome was akin to a regular Dalek with the rest of its form resembling a naked human. The Doctor and his companions were also naked during this encounter.
