A Damon's Tender was a plant. It could either accelerate or inhibit the growth of plants, depending on the environment. Hass and Bernice Summerfield found a Damon's Tender on the Braxiatel Collection which was trying to restore the garden to the state in which it was during Mister Crofton's time as gardener.
