Daniel was a law enforcer in Compton who arrested Abby and Zara for murder in 1912.
He asked them what they did with their bodies. He believed they were innocent so released them when he had the proof. (AUDIO: The Fog)
He appeared in Abby and Zara's hallucinations when they were dying. His image was used as an avatar for the Grace to speak to Abby and Zara and forewarn them about Persephone Kreekpolt. (AUDIO: The End)
