Daniel Ellis

Daniel Ellis was a former member of the Wild Boars in New York City in 1888. He was the brother and primary caretaker of Patrick Ellis, his younger brother who nearly died of cholera (like their parents) as an infant when Daniel was only ten years old. He was aware of Patrick accidentally killing a member of the Alley Dogs, a rival gang. He encountered the First Doctor when he was locked in a prison cell, and later went with him to find Patrick and Susan Foreman. He rescued them from an iceberg with the leader of the Alley Dogs, O'Connell. (AUDIO: The Great White Hurricane)
