David Collins was a reader of the website Who is Doctor Who?.

On 2 April 2005, following the Dummy Massacre, David responded to Who is Doctor Who?'s request for sightings of the then missing Rose Tyler, reporting having seen Rose in a photo in one of his history lessons at school. His teacher told him that the photo was from the year 1806 when he asked.
